Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but try to cancel within 24 hours. Fill out our contact form to request cancelation. If we've already fulfilled your order, you'll need to follow our return policy on eligible products.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The processing and shipping windows are listed below each product description. Additionally, you will receive more detail shipping information through email. If you did not receive your pack within 3 days after the delivery window, please contact us.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Refer to our Refund and Return policy. If eligible, make your request through our contact form. Be specific about your order details and why you are making the request. We will resolve any concerns to the best of our ability. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We offer various methods of payment. Third parties like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are inherently secure. Credit card transactions are processed through Shopify's secure system and our website is secured by an SSL certificate.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can continue with guest checkout. However, we do encourage you to create an account. You will be able to see your purchase history, manage your preferences, and take advantage of existing customer exclusive deals.

What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service team is available 9am - 5pm Central time M-F. We have a small staff so allow up to 24 hours to receive a response.
